Animal Control within Town of The Pas is regulated by Animal Control By-Law 4635.

Reminder to all pet owners:

License your pet for identification purposes at the Town Office. Licensing fee is $20.00.
Dogs/cats are not permitted to be running at large
Spay/neuter your pet to help control the pet population.
Leash your pets when walking in town limits.
Pit-bull breeds ARE NOT PERMITTED in town limits.
Where a dog or cat defecates on property other than the property owner's, it is the owner's responsibility to clean up the feces. So please, clean up after your pets!
