The Pas Recycling Centre known as Tri-Com Recycling is a Tri-Community initiative, governed by a Board of Directors with representatives from the Town of The Pas, Opaskwayak Cree Nation (OCN), and the Rural Municipality of Kelsey. It is funded by all three communities and Multi-Material Stewardship Manitoba Inc. (MMSM).
